One of the concerns of an emergency most especially at night is lighting. Be it an earthquake or a typhoon, lighting will be needed after such calamity. When a strong earthquake hit Haiti, one of the concerns for the rescue was lights. Rescuers had to use emergency lights to search and find survivors. Since they were using them for a good number of hours, they had to recharge them. The problem was electricity.
